Thanksgiving Tablescape

Sissy put me in charge of the table decor for Thanksgiving. I decided to share it here and link up with Susan's Tablescape Thursday at BNOP.

I think it turned out rather well. I want that tray!

Set with Ramekins she found at World Market for her butternut squash soup. And her everyday china Pistoulet.
We created the centerpiece of mini faux pumpkins scattered on a tray, with a small floral arrangement centered in the middle.
Some decorative ribbon adds a designer touch.

 Close up of the china.
Being a good Southern Girl, Sissy used an inherited tablecloth from our Great Aunt, hand embroidered!

And the good silver. She polished it all herself, in addition to making all the Thanksgiving feast. Wonder Woman she is!

I'll be posting the food recap next! It was SPECTACULAR!

  1. I just literally leaned forward in my chair to get a better look at that china. It's wonderful. I'm so fond of orange shades.

  2. Dearest, you gave me that tray. 4 years ago at Christmas, if I remember correctly. No wonder you like it- you have great taste!

  3. I like everything about your beautiful Thanksgiving table especially the centerpiece!

God bless and may you have a wonderful month,

  4. A very simple yet lovely table. Love the centerpiece. You did a great job.
Hope you had a delightful Thanksgiving!!
    Blessings, Nellie

  5. Fantastic centerpiece! I also really like your bowls...very unique!

Got something to say? Let me know what you think!
